On the 6/4/2018 the amount of R10000 was deducted twice on the same day from my ABSA acount , without my concent, To get R20000 deducted at once is no joke, I'm currently under debt review and the credit card at ABSA is on of the accounts in the debt review. I do have financial problems at the moment and this only made it worse. When the wife went to see ABSA she was was told this ABSA RCCS BOS PTA cannot be reversed. How can a bank just take money from account without your knowledge, this to me is a breach of ABSA privacy and security policy.
