Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint as my wife applied for the loan which was declined yet she qualifies.   She works for Old Mutual and this is a secures loan meaning that it will be deducted directly from her salary.  She can also afford repayments. 

I trust someone will relook at her matter and revert back to us.
