I was conntacted by a Godfrey Motshwari in connection with a marriage certificate and my ID document that i had to send through in order for my claim to be paid out. I sent these documents through i was told by this gentleman that when he recieves these documents, i would be paid out, to this day i am still waiting, he said he would contact me the following day, to which he never did. When i try and do a follow up i am given the runaround the numbers i am given all go to answering machines. The 086 number none of the consultants can help you they just say in progress. When you want a manager i am told manager is in a meeting or not available. Now this is been carrying on for 6months like this, so who are these people i would like to know? Seen the absa provident fund cannot help me, i will contact Noleen at consumer watch and a investigation team to do some probing and find out what is really happening to the peoples provident fund. After all the reviews i have read, i can see clearly that this company has a major problem. I have asked nicely done what they have asked me to do, but still have not seen my claim. Is this a scam company?
