My huaband inherrited funds from his father. ABSA Trust requested confirmation of his banking details which was send to Lizel Zietsman at ABSA TRUST JOHANNESBURG on Tuesday 01 Nov 2016.
On Wednesday 02 Nov 2016 we were told that the funds were loaded on a magnetic strip and that it will be on available on Thursday 03 Nov 2016. We then went to ABSA MALL @ REDS Centurion where Deon phoned Lizelle Zietsman and she confirmed to h that the funds will be available on 3 Nov. The funds is not available and we are now told it will be available on Friday 4 Nov. This is totally unacceptable!!
