Please do not buy into this!
It was a bad decision we totally got sold. We should have done our research.
The hotels they offer are 2 stars and availability is EXTREMELY limited. Your lucky to get a booking.
I have been told that by reps that they are NOT affiliated with the 5 star hotel chains like they claim during there sales pitch.
You have to go through so many loopholes to book a trip.
The website is not user friendly you always have to book by phone! Is this the 90's?!?!?
It's so frustrating.
We are in the process of investigating.
Others have received a refund (see attachment) so we will try to do the same.
