double payment
I have an automated payment option for my ACS account, but I usually pay on ACS account around the first of the month to avoid running out of money since I only get paid once a month. This month I paid on the 3rd Oct, but by the 7th Oct they took an additional payment causing an overdraft/insufficient funds from my account because the payment wasn't made three business days before the automated payment. They're stating no refunds are available because the account is not paid in full. They literally emptied my account, leaving me nothing for the rest of the month. Now they are refusing to refund my money to my account and stating they added that additional payment to the November payment. This doesn't help me now...I'm a single mom with a single income.
