Dear Mr. Toichi Ishiyama,

We refer to the above matter wherein my wife (Rajeswari Arunasalam) had on 29th June 2022, booked both the new City and new HRV- 15 T - E, with Accord Auto Sdn Bhd (Ampang) Kuala Lumpur. (Please see attachment for booking receipt)

Upon careful consideration on the pricing, we decided to inform the salesman (Mr. Ivan) that we are interested to purchase the HRV 1.5 T -"V". To our dismay, we were advised by the salesman that Malaysian government would not allow to make such an upgrade from "E" to "V" due to the SST waiver.

I don't really understand what's the rational on this matter as we are customers who need to make our choices with "Honda" towards the model that we prefer.

Honda was not able to give us the pricing until the vey last moment of the SST waiver decision by the government giving any customer the doubt of which HRV model to choose notwithstanding to prepare for the the monies in line with affordability.

Further to this we are also unable to receive any written evidence from Honda or the Ministry of Finance that customer can't change models.

We would request your good self to help us to upgrade to the HRV 15 T "V" as we have been a loyal customer and have bought a Honda City in 2016 and a Honda CRV 15 T in 2020 from the same salesman mentioned. This will be our third Honda product.
