I had a Gold Account Now Prepaid Visa Card that I loaded money to. They stole $111.68 from me in September. When I told them I had a dispute they erased all the data and closed out the account and sent me a new card. They never refunded my $111.68. There were three fraudulent charges from Gun Appearel on Ebay for $55.84. On the statement it says there were only two that's after they erased everything and gave me a new card. Now I had $149.95 stolen from me. There was a fraudulent charge made to my account on 12/15/2015 from PayPal *EBAYOR SAN JOSE CA USA 95131. I faxed the dispute papers to them last Monday. I recently spoke with them on December 26, 2015 about this matter. They claimed they did not receive the paper work and gave me a different fax number. They have erased my whole account and stole from me. I would never recommend this business to any of my friends or family. This is corrupted. I am a customer and they are stealing from me. I have all the paperwork to prove what they did to me.
