I'm in the same boat...I faxed all the documentation they requested on 2/15/2012...today is 2/28/2012 I can't get a live human being on the phone and there was $2092.00 in the account BEFORE they froze it and returned the tax deposits and payroll deposit that caused them to freeze the account. I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General's office and the BBB I want my money and I want it now What they are doing is ILLEGAL!!!
