Account Closed

On DEC 21,2020,account now closed my account just after they accepted a deposit if$1554.00 into the account that wasn't suppose to be deposited until DEC 23,2020. Then they accepted a deposit of $600.00 after they closed the account. I cannot access my money because they froze my account and froze my debit card. My husband passed away a year and a half ago and he was the primary card holder. I called on the 21st to ask them a question. They asked to speak with my husband and I told them he was deceased and had passed away over a year ago and I told them this. They say because he passed away I needed to send them a death certificate, done, my ID done and an affidavit of estate. That I have not done because the supreme court in my state is closed until after the end of January due to Covid19. They still will not send me my money or even return it to SS and the IRS. I will never do business with this bank again and will not recommend anyone fall prey to this bank. I will be contacting an Attorney and I suggest everyone else with complaints like mine do the same.

with holding my funds after I closed account

On July 11, 2019 I closed my account due previous problems with them. I had $490.00 remaining in the account, I was told to send them two forms of proof of address. I did that they refused to take what I sent, so I had to send them two more they finally excepted those. Then they kept coming up their protocol of 3 to 5 business days, 13 to 14 business days and so on before they could mail me my check. I was told that I would get my check by the end of July. Still no check, now they are saying that they will revisit the matter in 24 to 48 business hours to determine if there needs to be another check cut. Which means I have to wait another 13 to 14 business days to get my check. They are very unprofessional and not willing to help. This past Friday they played merry go around with me putting me on hold and then passing me along to the next manager. This took a total of 2 hours and accomplished nothing. I spoke with Sarah badge #1SVL, John badge #1EAD, Ren badge# 1RLV, Jay badge#1AMV. Please someone help I can't pay my September rent.

Unable to receive a new card after reporting losing a card

I have great concerns with your company Account now and t’s unacceptable customer service skills and knowledge.
I lost a card April 19,2019 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA, after paying a parking fee of 6.00.
I was able to make my office visit and leave the facility and notice I lost my card: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Exp X/XX CVV XXX, I check with staff and the facility security and the card was not turned into them. I immediately called your call center and reported the card lost.
I was told by your customer service office, I would receive the card within 7-10 business days, I gave it additional days and never received the card after 12 days. This prompted concerns the card was lost and / or the card was never issued or stolen. I called your customer service department and was advised my address was wrong – how can the address be wrong when I used the zip code if for an example at the gas pump with zip code 30010. The young lady advised they would need the physical address of the PO Box, I provided it as well.

I was told I would receive the card within 3 business days and to no avail, still no card.
I call back and was told I need to send information in by uploading it to a website: upload.accountnow.com.
I called back to verify it was received and the card would be issued, to be told the card was never issued.
Another week goes by and I’m advised the card was returned from the post office. No one can advise why it was returned, if it was never issued. I was told I would have to provide a better address and I did, however I have received an eviction notice on my door after requesting for my money almost a month now.
I have continued to receive the run around and can't get anything done with your customer service department, but they understand my situation. I’m sure they go home every day and don’t have to come home to a noticed on the door. I have $486.47, tacked on to rent that I normally pay $1095 that your company has caused me accrue for the lack there of for not provide me with a new card on the money I have worked for to take care of my family. This is a notice that issued from the Sheriff Department, which is embarrassing to have it placed on the door had caused so many conflicts until it is ridiculous.
I have used you all for 18 years plus and never had issues with until now.
I have read reviews on Facebook, Instagram and watched videos on YouTube all are just ridiculous horrible. Just like others I have uploaded my drivers licenses, my insurance card and the eviction letter and no one thought to pick up a phone and advised the information was not accepted for what was on file. I have listened to people give you a -1 and not to use Bancorp Bank card for any reason.
I would like for someone to assist me in this matter, I can’t borrow any more money from family because I keep promising I will pay them back when I get my card that I have never received.
I have over 25 employees that I’m in charge of that has your card and willing to stop using your card and will to have their deposit change to a different card with Chase Bank.
Please assist me in this matter as soon as possible because I can’t wait any longer without having my family to become homeless to no fault of our own, when I have money I can’t even use to rectify the situation I have been placed in by your company.


I would like a response back from someone by 0X/XX/019 before my family and I are sitting on the curve wondering where can we recoup and still find a place to with an eviction and $X.XX pocket as I type this letter.

Froze account

Froze my account for no reason and been waiting over a week and still nothing sent documents and everything im feeling like they are just robbing me and now i am going to be homeless due to their lack of everything. I have alreday filed a suit against them piece of shit company.

Unautorized p

there was an unauthorized purchase of $60 taken off from my account. So I immediately took the rest of my money off my card before I called to try to get a dispute the lady got frustrated and hung up the second time I called we were the process of filing the dispute she did not want to help me she also flag my account so now Representatives can't really see what's going on with my account I also can't open up an account because she flagged it after the last person told me we were going to send you a new card before we got disconnected. I lost a total of $90 because of the lack of professionalism

I have had my account switched to one account after the other. I have sent all the documents that they hAVE ASKED ME TO SEND AND GET NO CALLS OR RESULTS. CAN WE SUE THIS COMPANY FOR LOCKING OUR MONEY? IF SO LET ME KNOW SOMEONE BC THIS IS CRAZY. oUR TAX MONEY IS OURS NOT THEIRS
