He has rebuilt himself under a new company name but the same acronym ACE

Fraud!

Peter Fabian used to rip off investors, business people under the name of ACE/ClearDefense in Ottawa. Then his business IPO at Toronto Venture under ACE. It was obviously a FRAUD because he claimed he manufactured the film which he NEVER does. His business can not fulfill the annual audit because he bought large amount of unknown “materials” from his relative owned business but they do not keep their book. <Ottawa Citizens> has in depth report about his scandals. After his company was delisted, lawsuits, penalties against the business and himself filed by Ontario Labor dept and vendors were filed. He even owed large amount to a car dealer to pay off his pink concertable Bentley.

3M, Hanita, Johnson film and more makers are making lots of different laminate films. When any laminate film with certain thickness （usually 300-400 um) are applied to tempered glass will create bullet resistance effect, at least will greatly reduce flying debris when shattered. This has nothing to do with Peter Fabian. Though He is the only one who always stand behind a laminated glass when his assistant shoot a shotgun at the glass...

In my case in 1999, I bought “Right for dealing his product in China” by paid him $50K and a cash purchase of $250K of reboxed films... then we realized he Never make a inch of such film. Competitors are selling same products in the market place at half of our purchasing price.

I knew his business ACE/ClearDefense went belly up in 2004 so never chased him up. I am so surprised to see he is still ripping off people in the United States. We’ve got to do something to stop this guy.

CAN YOU PLEASE SEND ME YOUR NUMBER, I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO YOU as i was meant to sign with Fabian and the complaints i saw about him, made me think about cancelling all deals.
