Taking dd from account without my permission

I have seen a pending charge coming out of our bank for £59.99 which was NOT discussed or authorised.
This was a software purchased last year 2019 which incidentally did NOT work?

Please remove any card details used to take this payment and do not use again as this is not wanted or requested.
I will be discussing this with my bank today.
