We continue to be harassed by these people as they think they are trying to collect a debt. 1-866-830-9387 listed as ACS which Google shows to be student loans. We have taken our time to call and remain on hold forever only given a chance to leave a message twice, as of today. We have repeated the ref # left on our recorder and advised them this is the wrong party. There is never a human voice only automated calls and voice mail. They call dozens of times morning thru night, everyday! They threaten to prosecute, but only continue to harass us. We would love it if they would go after this person and leave our telephone alone. By the way, we have had this same number for over 30 years, and WE DO NOT OWE ACS ANYTHING, NOR HAVE EITHER OF US EVER HAD DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Isn't this against the law? We have told them to stop calling this number.
