My loans just got transferred to this company. I went to the website and registered. There were quite a few areas to fill out and the site seemed very secure until I got to the submit button. I clicked the button and got an error that the service I requested was no longer available. Now the website just says 'temporarily unavailable.' For me, so far, the company is a 100% FAIL.

Are they turning off their servers at night to save money? Was their site hacked? Did they trip over the internet connection? I have no idea but, from my end, if it doesn't work, it doesn't work!

Is there a way to transfer out of ACS? They just jacked up my payments up to $340 a month... please help...

I've been having problems as well and they just increased my payments to $340 a month...
Is there any way I can transfer this to another bank or another company? Any suggestions?
