Engine fail for running automatic motion and breakfail

I brought Activa 5G my scooty engine problem..the running scooty automatic stop and break fail...and not started and many more problem..please change my scooty either legally step in the honourable court against honda company.

Problem engine and automatic break fal running scooty and not a started so many problem

I brought new active 5G but this scooty is many problem mainly engine automatic stop ..not started engine the scooty automatic break fail in running motion and many more few problem...please change the scooty either legally case in honourable respected court.
