I purchased a 50 lap karting voucher for my son & husband for a Christmas gift. I took screen shots of the booking & at no point was I informed that for the price paid I would be restricted to a booking only on a Sunday morning & at a really early slot. (The times offered to me were 6.50am or 7.20am)

Since my son is only 16 & therefore attends school & my partner works nights I am unable to book a slot on a weekday or night which is what I have been offered incidentally instead AT ADDITIONAL COST to myself by the activity store.

They have refused to refund me & my son & husband are really disappointed that I have paid hard earned money for something that can’t be used due to the Activity Stores deliberate Mis-selling. They did offer an alternative experience which is entirely unacceptable as it is a gift of the particular experience & also any other experience is also likely to have similar ridiculous time restrictions.

I would be interested to get a group of people together as I can see other people have been ripped off by this company so would welcome contact.
I will be pursuing them through trading standards.

Please do not even consider using this company they are not reputable in any way.
