I received a voucher for activity superstore as a present. Went on the website saw something I liked to do, tried to book it only to discover that the it was not happening for the rest of the year. Helpline was not helpful with a basic response of hard luck its going to cost you more money to sort anything else out.

At the end of the day I chose not to throw good money after bad so I did not get on anything !

Do not buy a voucher, it is not worth the hassle or the waste of money

Yet another complaint about Activity Superstore (or should that be In-Activity Superstore?) who claimed not to have received my registration card. As I had not sent it by Recorded Delivery they claimed that it was my fault.. After 2 failed attempts to get a response from them on the phone "the system's down at the moment" they finally told me that they had not received the card sent in November, and as it is now January the event has expired and there was nothing that they could do. Great! Reading several blogs it seems to be a common theme - lost in the post! DON'T USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY
