Free trail subscription changed

I subscribed to InDesign for a Free Trial period of 30 days. Part of the free trial conditions was: I had to give my credit card details and I had to unsubscribe before the trial period ends and if I don't I will be billed $24.95 per month. My subscription started on 27 March 2021. On the 4 of April 2021, the monthly subscription of $24.95 was deducted from my credit card, although the trial period only ends on 27 April 2021. Because of this breach of agreement on Adobe's part, I canceled my subscription today, 22 April 2021, and then found the second breach - my subscription was no longer a month-by-month subscription but an annually/month subscription. I never received any notifications of the changed plan and have most definitely not sign-up or agreed to it. This led to the third breach - when I canceled my subscription I was notified that I had to pay an early cancellation fee of $108. I pressed the OK button - just for one reason - I can not allow Adobe to exploit my finances any longer. I am going to stop the payment on my credit card, because this is a breach of my agreement with Adobe. I have tried to reach Adobe on other complaint forums with no success.

Consolidated Credit

This is to let others be aware !!
Consolidated Credit has a VERY long list of unsolved complaints about its business practices. And the
Better Business Bureau of West Palm Beach, Florida gives Consolidated Credit a very low score.
Please do not use this service.

Deduct money without notification

Dear Sir/Madam,
I received my bank balance today and accidentally found my money in my credit card was deducted by you on Sept 14 and the amount is US$22.59. I want to know not only how you could dare to do this without my authorization but why and what item you planed to charge me for so much money as well. I need your reasonable complanation. You've made me very angry!

Adobe, Inc. sells some nice software. But, the problem with Adobe is that they don't have any support for their products. One can TRY to contact them by phone. Good luck with that one. Online support is a TOTAL loss. I use Photoshop Elements 12. It's got a lot of nice functions/ features. But, if you're like me, and can't figure out how to use a function or feature, you just don't use it. Adobe isn't going to tell you. The famous IBM started having the same attitude. They thought they were God's gift to the electronic community. They also had the same attitude as Adobe. Holding their head up high, nose in the air. Now look at them. IBM is defunct.
Adobe Photoshop is a great product. But, "being a great product" doesn't mean much without backing up the product.
