End of Contract
I can't believe I have to face another round of arguments, excess billings, robot phone collection calls, etc., in dealing with my original contract that actually ENDED in January 2018. I contacted ADT and reminded them that my contract term was ending and I did NOT want to continue any further service. I was told that I was being billed for the month of February. WTF!, why? I was given no reason so I reviewed the billing cycle process and saw that they bill in advance for service. I have ignored their numerous attempts to get me to pay but remain pissed that the ADT system can't even track their own service agreements.
