I recently cancelled my contract with ADT due to unemployment and I paid everything I owe including money for october which was gonna be deducted on the 10th october... all this paid to their bank account on the 28th september. I then asked them to cancel debit order for the 10th october as I have already paid and they are telling me on the 30 of september that its too late to cancel a debit order that is due in 10 days. The annoying thing is that they don't even bother explaining how they are going to refund me... its like we can't stop it so basically deal with it. I am unemployed since april and I won't have money in my bank for them on the 10th because I have paid already and the bank is gonna charge me 150 rands for unpaid direct debit that should have been cancelled. I am glad I to be leaving this company and I advised anyone I know to not even consider them
