I am extremely frustrated - I had transferred 120,000 miles from American Express for a flight that was cancelled a year ago.
I was told the miles would be good for 3 years. I just tried to rebook to use my miles to see a friend who is terminally ill and was told the points had expired and there were no exceptions. This is a horrible company and I would never use them again. I am looking into legal recourse. they should not be in business.
