Having been covered even though payments were took out of payroll check

I have noticed my policy was terminated since may 2017 when I was trying to send a claim I have spoke with several people on getting the issue resolved. Nothing is been done it's been months since the agent has been working on it now I have paid over 200 dollars without any coverage
