R/Sir,
First of all, I want to inform you that I am a 75 years Old- aged citizen of Pakistan and I am also a most serious patient of Heart, Ashtama, Sugar, Back Bones and Knee Pain etc
That hence at this state of my bad deteriorated physical health position, I cannot tolerate any serious tension & severe mental

Worries which are given to me from side of any most cruel, Takabar Pasand & ALLAH FEARLESS officers of Pakistan who are not set right the working position of their all working staff of their attached departments
R/Sir.
I am saying this because of the following reasons
1)- That I have made payment of my two Nos of Utility Bills of Sui Gas connections ( Consumer No 82883030007) of Sept 2013 and October 2013 On dated 19-10-2013 & 24-11-2013 respectfully at the NADRA KIOSK CENTRE owned by CHOUDARY STATIONERS of SHER AHMED ROAD, IQBAL TOWN KHANA KAK RAWALPINDI-46300.
2)- But it is very pity to say that the same paid bills amount is again coming in my following months of Sui Gas Bills.
3)- That It is not understood who is at Fault ?
4)- Whether it is fault of your Nadra kiosks in question who has not forwarded the STATEMENTS OF PAID BILLS of Sui Gas
Connections To SNGPL ISLAMABAD purposely with a bad intention
For gulping /misappropriation of amount of paid bills Sui Gas in order

to worrying the consumers.
OR
It is fault of the SNGPL Islamabad whose careless staff have
Not posted the payment of Sui Gas Bills in their LEDGERS.
5)- However anyone is at fault, but first of all, I am requesting you to kindly enquire from your Nadra Kiosks
About actual facts within three days
6)- A similar ten days Notice is also issuing to Managing Director SNGPL Lahore
7)- If your department & SNGPL have not redressed my this genuine complaint within ten days, then I will approach to Court
8)- It is worth mentioning to say that such type of incidents are also being happened with many nos of others consumers of Pakistan because of non proper checking of
The working position of Nadra Kiosks and that you are also not taking any action against your Nadra kiosks owners.
9)- I will advise you to kindly cancel the permit of all Nadra kiosks in the best interest of Nadra

10)- . It is also requested to kindly take drastic actions
Against fake/bogus Nadra kiosks by handing over them to police on account of looting the money of paid utility bills
11)- I hope you will surely take a serious notice of my this most serious complaint and will take stern action against
all Nadra Kiosks owners on account non sending of statements of paid Utility Bills to Concerned Departments.

Pakistan was came into existence in the name of Islamabad but I hsave observed in this islami country of Pakistan that all the government officers are not taking any interest in set right the working position of their offices and it is the main reasin that the all the civil govt officers are not taking any interest in redressing the genuine complaints of the old aged persons of Pakistan. I am of the views that this country is not fit for the civil government. ONLY severe Martial Law Govt just like Field Marshal Muhammad Ayub Khan is needed in this Islamic country of Pakistan for set right the working position of all the govr offices as well as crushing all types of corruption, crimes etc.
Both officers ie Managing Director SNGPL Lahore and General Manager SNGPL Islamabad are not taking any interest in redressing the genuine complaints of the SNGPL CO NSUMERS because these both officers are not fearing from ALLAH and also are not fearing from the AAZAB of the ALLAH which will be revealed upon them in their graves.

R/Sir, I am 75 yeats old aged citizen of Pakistan and I am also a serious patient of heart. The both officers of SNGPL ie Managing Director SNGPL Lahore and General Manager SNGPL Islamabad are not taking any interest in redressing genuine complaints of the SNGPL consumers.
It is therefore kindly requested that these both SNGPL Officers may kindly be terminated from the SNGPL services so that others officers should learn the IBRATNAK lesson from it. Thank you
