Cheating maid agency

Please be aware of Agensi Pekerjasn Nik in SS2 Pj. I paid them 7500 in November last year and up until now they havent delivered my maid or made a refund. Full of excuses and lies and this is a registered agency. They charge rm16 500 for maid application but asked me whether i will accept reject or runaway maids.
