I have recently engaged PMA (Penang Branch) to hire Filipino maid. Recently my maid ran away & the reason given by the maid was because I am cheating her on her salary.

After investigation done by the Labor department, I was indeed underpaid my maid. There are apprantly 2 contracts (1) Philippino & (2) Malaysia contract. The Legal contract should be the one from Philippine & the salary at that moment was US$400. PMA has told me the salary was only RM1.2K.

To cut the story short, I have file my case in Tribunal & receive the award. However, PMA ignored the award & told me to pursue next step to sue them...

I am very frustrated with this kind of Agency, they dare not pick up my calls & just simply drop me an SMS ask me to further take next action on them.

I just hope lesser people fall into their trap. I will pursue to take all the required action to ensure I get my justice back.
