Maid Agency - Venture Provision.

I have paid RM7500 for a maid deposit after we have selected a maid. One day later, I changed my mind and did not sign any documents as I was not happy with the agent, who was pushy, and irresponsible. Whenever I asked something, he kept saying “you pay first and I explain later”. I felt uneasy and asked for a refund. Nothing was done at this point of time. After pressuring him for two weeks, he finally refunded RM7129. No explanation was given.

My advice: Avoid this maid agency at all cost.
