I applied for a maid through Agensi Perkerjaan Ng Bersatu Sdn Bhd (Puchong) dated 22 November 2016 to look after my newborn and been told that the process will take 3 months. But the maid arrived earlier than the expected dateline and clashing with my baby due date on 24th March 2017 but the agent offered to train the maid for me for a week and to get her by 3rd March which I was happy with the arrangement. But I was happy to fast, when I get the maid on 3rd March, noticed she has eyesight disability. The maid was unable to grab the key next to which one of her eye happens to be blur and can't see far. I have no choice but to return the maid in 3 days as I can't take the risk of her looking after my newborn.

And so now the Agensi Perkerjaan Ng Bersatu representative refused to give me a maid replacement at first saying that I made my choice by selecting her and interviewed her through skype. And in the end she wants to charge me Rm715 for 11 days of working salary starting 24/02/17 and return on 06/03/17 (RM65.00/day x 11 = RM715.00 which I refused to pay. And after a numerous negotiation she agreeed to charged me Rm313.40 for 4 working days starting from 03/03/17 and return on 06/03/17 (RM33.35/day x 4 = RM133.40) + RM180.00 = RM313.40.

But it does not end here, right now the agent is telling me that the new maid salary is Rm1,200 instead of Rm1,000. This happened within the 4 months after I signed the contract agreement and when I told her that is not what I signed for, her answer to me is that I requested for maid replacement and the old contract will no longer valid and I had to pay for the new maid price.

Has anyone come across this problem? I appreciate if anyone will able to help or advise me on how should I deal with this.
