I have been cheated of S$400++ of my credits that Agoda promise to give for the loyalty.
they also claimed that they MUST credit back to an old credit card which I have not used anymore, does this make sense to you?
I did not give my consent but they still go ahead and asked me to go to the bank to claim back. does this sound ridiculous to you?

next I want to complaint about Mr Yoga, agod cs, he challenged me to switch to other 3rd party operator for hotel booking, sure why not. mr yoga also said he report into finanace team and their finance team decision is final.

i will not hesitate to file a compalint to singapore case about agoda.

this is a lesson learnt and i will surely share with my friends so that they do not waste their time and money on agoda.
to be exact i wast almost 3-5 yrs with agoda.

very upsetting !!
