Non receiving of payment of a completed service

Hi, I had two bookings from Agoda.com
Booking ID is - 246242025 and 246258681.
My Prperty ID is - 3978956.

Still I have not received the payment when the trip of the customers are already completed. Please drop the money in the bank soonest.
Agoda.com did not paid for the completed reservation and tour done by customers.

Its already 1 month passed and still I did not get the money of the completed tours.
