Booking number wasnt working when i called . I am trying to get my refund for a room i did not check into.

I went to agoda.com so that i could get a room for cheaper on 1-28-2018. Ipayed for the room, but it didnt give me a confirmation number on the website and it didnt show in my email either . So now every time i call and enter the booking number (210035434) it wouldn't work so i am now trying to email someone because i can't contact customer service.
