I recently book MayFlower Hotel Hanoi in Hanoi, Vietnam. The room I booked for is Deluxe Double or Twin Room and my booking ID is 293783952. Upon arriving the hotel for check-in, they inform me that there is no twin bed available and requested me to add money to upgrade my room to bigger room for twin bed. Upon entering the room, I notice that the room they upgraded me were is same room I have booked and paid for. This is so frustrated as they seem to have scammed me in overall. I advise that Agoda would do something about this that would prevent other customer having the same problem. Total added $10 USD to the hotel, attached is the receipt they have provided me that stated I requested for extra bed but I didn't.
