Booking ID 102317477. Booked two rooms for two nights from 13th to 15th Aug. in Grand Living Place through Agoda. As per schedule we checked in on 13th Afternoon n were allotted Rooms 809 n 811. While we were deep in our sleep, around 1.30 AM in the night of 14th, we were forced to leave our rooms, without any reason.

On 14th noon, after one day n night of our stay in the Booked Hotel, Agoda sent us an e mail saying that our booking has been cancelled n for that they did not site any reason. Later on the reason was assigned on our persistence queries that it was a NO SHOW on 13th Aug. while as a matter of fact, it was wrong.

On 14th of early hours we all four persons were forced to stay in the reception. All this humiliating and insulting drama was caused due to highly unprofessional attitude mis management by both the parties Agoda as well as GLPlace Hotel.

Any suggestions where and at what level we can take up this issue, so that these two parties pay for their follies and mis management resulting in our harassment and insult??
