Cheated by the property
Booking ID: 296592197. I would like to highlight that upon check out of the hotel, the hotel staff asked me to pay for the damage of the notepad. The skin of the notepad already torn and the deposit of RM50 is not refundable and ask me pay additional of RM10 which the notepad cost is RM60. I told the staff, it might be due to wear and tear since the skin easily torn. The staff did not accept my explaination and ask me to pay RM60. It is unreasonable and ridiculous since this is the first time I experienced like this incident.

Agoda provide false information and didn’t solve the problem for customer
I make a booking through Agoda website on 21 April 2018 for a 3days stay in London from 2 July 2018 to 5 July 2018. I fully paid for a 6 bed private room but when I reached the hostel, I was told that me and my family have to stay in a 10 bed sharing room. I called Agoda but they didn’t solve the problem for me. They offered me either far away hotel options or asked to cancel my reservation and give me a 10% gift card to find a hotel for myself n my family. This is so ridiculous as we’re already in the hostel we booked for and it’s already 8.20pm when we arrived there. Instead when I tried to reach them again in the next morning, all I got is unanswered phone call and unreplied emails. They just run away from their responsibility. I wish this company will get serious investigation and their business honesty revalues.

Unable Check In

I m very disappointed and this is a very bad experience. Today I should check in a apartment at Setapak Mall Kuala Lumpur Malaysia at 3pm but unfortunately in till now 6pm I unable to contact with the contact no. provided by Agoda and there is no body help me at all. I did try my very best to search from Facebook and finally I manage to contact with others who is under E Home Luxurious Management Services however they also helpless as the decision maker is Martin which is the contacts from Agoda. U can't find others accommodation as most of the hotels and apartment is fully booked. My son and my mother not feeling well after long waiting. Due to this , we have no choices end up we have to travel back to Muar. Can you imagine early morning we take 3 hours travel to Kl and planing tomorrow to have gathering with friends and relatives but at the end we have to drive another 3 hours back home. Speechless........... feel very sad because kids crying and parents very tired with this kind of arrangement.
Please check and do your necessary actions to this matter.

Hotel reservation cancelled without notice

We would like to highlight about the hotel reservation for check in date 6 to 7 Sept'16 It was cancelled without any notice and not even a call from Agoda booking.com or the hotel itself.
We just only received an email about the guest credit card declined on check in date 6 Sept'16 at 4.35pm then I took our immediate called to Hotel Eastin and booking.com to check the situation after received the email.
Around 5.30pm,I was told that Hotel Eastin has cancelled our reservation due to credit card has insufficient fund and did not get any update from us but we did received credit card transaction approved alert on 5 Sept'16.I was also called to hotel to request them forward an email about the credit card detail update but they were unable to provide the email to us.
We would like to seek an explanation on why the hotel cancel the reservation without notice and worse of all we made the reservation of 4 deluxe rooms.
