Booking done via Agoda for 3 adults n 1 child for 5 days at Skypark Myeongdong 1 costing MYR 2759.29
As per Agoda...my 16 yr old daughter was considered a child however upon check in, Hotel front desk says it's not as per their T&C... to avoid hassles of looking for another accommodation n the transportation, I was slapped with another MYR 1000 to upgrade the status.

I wish to be reimbursed with the additional MYR 1000 due to the hidden n misinformed nature of the terms & conditions of the hotel.
