Dear sir or Madam,

I made a hotel booking through Agoda (for a hotel in Cambodia, hotel name is Phnom Penh River View Hotel in Phnom Penh) for 6 nights, book from dated 3-8 December 3017 but I can not stay at that hotel.
When arrived Cambodia on 3 December 2017, then I went to Phnom Penh River View Hotel to check in for the stay, then the owner of Phnom Penh River View Hotel does not respond me to stay at this hotel, he said he is a new owner of this hotel. he had taken over this hotel 1 month ago. he said he does not receipt any paid from booking online.

Since I can not stay at Phnom Penh River View Hotel. Now I stay at SWISS PILATUS HOTEL it located in Sangkat chroy Changva, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.

I would like you to help to refund my money back in as soon as possible.
