Charge amount but I never did that reservation

Hi
I booked a hotel on October with Agoda. Then they charged me and everything fine but this 15th of January they charged me nearly $300 dollars without having any booking. It is pending now... it's already deducted from the account balance. Could you please refund that amount as soon as possible.

Hotel booking

I booked the four point shereton in bali from the 31/10/2017 to the 10/11/2017 on the understanding i pay the hotel when i arrive thats why i paid a bit extra each day on the price but to my annoyance they took the money out the next day. When i phoned them about it i got a really rude nasty email about if i cancel i will loose my money.Now all i want is a receipt email saying its paid cause i have no proof apart from my credit card statement saying its paid. This is the 1st and only time i will use agoda I have been so ripped off im annoyed at myself NEVER EVER AGAIN AGODA

Failure to return money

I had accidentally double booked a hotel at the Melbourne Ibis hotel. One booking was made through my workplace and another personally through the Agoda website. Within 24 hours of booking I became aware of the double booking and hence contacted the hotel directly to rectify the issue. The hotel cancelled my private booking. I notified Agoda and requested a refund. I was declined. I recontacted the hotel who affirmed that they received no money from Agoda for the booking prior to or post the cancellation. Agoda still maintains they do not have to return the money. I paid $423 AUD to Agoda with aboslutley no offer for credit or a refund. So the company has taken my money for what???? Accepting an online booking for a hotel that received nothing?

What can I do to help me get this back.
