The qualification for Assistant professor MBA is only just 60 percentage mark in MBA. The UGC NET qualified candidates have no scope and value. Only people with MBA and high recommendation have jobs in aicte approved institutions. We the qualified candidates with NET JRF Phd, are struggling for getting permanent jobs. This is the reason why MBA scope is diminishing. Qualified candidates are thrown out and less qualified people who are ready to give money for getting permanent post have ready jobs. We poor are deprived of our right of getting jobs only due to no money. Please reconstitute the same and make UGC NET compulsory for Assistant professor, all other subjects have made it compulsory then why or remove UGC NET for MAN. For what purpose it is conducting for no use. We all struggled a lot for qualifying NET exam and after passing it too we have no jobs. A very pathetic biased situation.
