Dear sir i am wasi haider and i study in iran since 2009 and i travelled often by air arabia but got a bed experience by attendent mr. Mukesh kumar at IGI airport new delhi.
i bought my return ticket from iran and i came india at 9 june 2015 with a legal multipul viza because i have stay permit in iran as a student of almustafa internatioal university Qom iran.thatswhy i was going back to iran at 4 september 2015 with a valid viza and valid legal passport and ticket and i reached 2:00 clock at checkin window but attendent mr. Mukesh kumar didnt allow me because he didnt know persian and there was no any person who can make understand him. So he disboard me and I losed my ticket value I felt grief in my heart because a lot of student twice in a year travelling by air arabia so i will suggest you to make better your passenger service like mahan air and i didnt face that problem by mahan air till now such i faced by mr. Mukesh kumar . So please punish him for such behave with a legal passenger and make my losed tiket useable for me because i comlete all formalities at time and i losed my ticket due to misunderstanding of staff.
