Refund Duplicate Booking

I have book the return tickets for four person,fist time I book no any booking number I received,after one week and ask for bank ,so I know it already booking, before that I book again with the same names,same date and same fight,. I have filled the e-form from Air asia,already two months but no refund or any email I receive. My booking number are BIN8NK and DBC6PS. Please reply me thank.
