Delayed Flight
To whom it may concern:
I am writing a letter to express how disappointed I am with my recent flight from Cebu Philippines bound to Incheon South Korea last April 25,2017. My flight number is Z2-9048 . The flight is supposed to depart at 2:25pm but they informed that the departure time will be at 3:50pm. But they changed again the departure time to 4:45pm. Personally delaying flights is not so big deal with me it can happen , But I chose this flight because the time is the most convenient for me to go home from Incheon airport heading towards my home outside Seoul which will take 2hrs or more by bus. Since the flight is delayed I couldnt be able to take the last trip of the bus going home. With that I will wait for the next day and will be staying in the airport. So I asked the supervisor of Air Asia if they can provide me an accomodation in compensation of the delayed flight. She told me they can't give any to me. But since my husband is working in Agency for Korean students , he told me that his students were able to avail accomodation in cases like this. So I asked the supervisor why koreans can avail it why can't I? By the way I am a Filipino. So the supervisor told me that Koreans are different without any further explanation. That time I was so upset because knowing I am also a customer I am not being well treated. The question is why they can provide it to Koreans and why not to me ( Filipino) . And she promised to give a free meal compensation, but I have never recieved any. I am totally disgusted and disappointed with AirAsia Airline. That was my worst experience ever as a frequent traveller.

unused flight tickets
the immigration stop me to go to macau and then my ticket is a round trip...how can i refund my payment for that flight

Cancelled or Rebooking not Allowed
Why won't Air Asia allow me to cancel or rebook my flight? Due to emergency, the event I'm going to attend to is cancelled. So I want my ticket to be cancelled or rebooked it if they don't want to refund the amount. Is it fair for me to just throw away the money because of such restrictions of the airline?
