Customer SERVICE - Hello?
My flight booking for end April 2016 was cancelled without explanation and I was given 3 options although no instruction of how to exercise them.
On the website, I selected one of these options, filling in the entire form, and submitting. The website hung and my request was not recorded.
I cleared my browser cache, rebooted my computer, returned to the website, selected the option, filling in the entire form, and submitting. The website hung and my request was not recorded.
I cleared my browser cache, rebooted my computer, returned to the website, this time filing an on-line complaint, and submitting. The website hung and my complaint was probably not recorded.
I then went to "live chat" which informed me that I had about 61 minutes to wait. After about 2 hours (ok, I understand), I finally spoke to F. who told me I should clear my cache and resubmit. When I said that I had done this, there was no response and the chat timed out, putting me back at the end of the queue again
I have captured all the screens.
Air Asia have all my details but have made no effort to recontact me.
This is simply not acceptable customer service. NOT ACCEPTABLE by any standard - sorry-lah!

Double booking
AirAsia made a double booking for me from Bangkok -Hanoi-Bangkok. I am not able to reach them per email as the given Email addresses are refused. I want a refund from them. The call centre in Thailand only answers in Thai. Please help how can I contact AirAsia.

When you book with Air Asia they have a sly little trick that forces you to add their worthless Insurance policy to your ticket. Just more money in Tony Fernando’s pocket in my opinion, how else can he afford his F1 pleasures?
Flying between Bangkok and Macau should be simple and indeed when Air Asia operated form the main airport in Thailand service and reliability were good. Now the switch to Don Muang (DMK) and there is no service and nobody who seems to know what’s going on, checking in is a nightmare and my luggage disappeared for 4 days. Finally it was found in Hong Kong but for those who know HKG is a 90 minute boat ride and $50USD each way, let’s not forget that taxis to and from the airport cost money.
On arrival in Macau and finding no luggage I informed the Air Asia representative who offered me 100MOP about $14USD and told that the bags would turn up but I’d need to pick them up. Another difficulty because I was going onto Zhuhai China. Over the weekend I tried to call the Air Asia insurance line only to find no one answers the phone, probably a Tony Fernando cost saving! By Monday I had to make plans to replace my cases and travel items because I was leaving again Wednesday back to Bangkok and then onto another destination.
The Insurance people have proved less than useful, no help, sending over a form that Air Asia will review, OK it’s been 10 days and no review or comments. The cases were discovered in HKG and Air Asia or rather Cathay called to say “come pick them up” and no they won’t deliver to you.
So what value is the insurance?
Zero
I am glad that I have my case back but I’d already ordered a new one before the old one was found, in fact by the time the case was back in Thailand I’d already left for my next destination.
Air Asia say’s “we have your back” “don’t worry, we will clean up your mess”
No they don’t and of course Tony Fernando is probably smiling all the way to the bank.
The Air Asia Insurance is not worth paying for the advertising is deceptive and misleading.
