Re : Payment fees for seat selection

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I understand very well that additional service charge for the seat selection.

During our booking, there is only 1 booking reference regardless number of passenger.

My booking number is : VXXXXX for X 2 adults and X 1 Children.

It’s very clear that in this booking number is 3 paxs and furthermore with children.

Why you place 3 of us in different seat where there is still many seat available ?

Is this the way that AirAsia get extra income by indirectly force passenger to pay for the seat selection fees ?

I did call to your call center for this matter and she told me that the system
automatically set the seat in random.

May I ask you, your system should have the info that this booking VXXXXX is
with 2 adults and 1 children, right ?
So your system should be place all 3 paxs together in any seat that your system
selected base on this 1 booking number VXXXXX.

Human create or control the system, not the system control the human.

Imagine yourself, how do you feel if you and your little children have to sit separately with this kind of arrangement ?

We don’t pay for this seat selection fees and we expected we will been place to sit together at any seat base on your system selection.
But I never expected, your system will break my booking from 1 booking become 3 individual booking as the result 3 different seat.

I don’t blame your system but I blame the stupid person who created this stupid system.
