So i began to do some research on oxygen bars and up came an article that mentioned the FDA which was not very favorable so i became concerned and dug deeper.

According to the FDA any type of oxygen used by people for breathing and administered by another person is a prescriptive drug.

Also there is no long term well controlled scientific studies that support claims of the benefits of oxygen reducing stress, increasing energy, lessening hangovers, headaches or sinus problems.

Further, inhaling flavored oxygen with aromas like lavender and peppermint concerns the FDA since these oily substances can lead to serious inflammation of the lungs and infection.

So please be careful before you jump in to use of purchase an Oxygen Bar.
