Ticket Refund...
Dear Sir/ madam,
Good day.... I am complaing regarding about the refund of ticket flight...I purchased 4 roundtrip ticket flights dated last January 2 , 2013 from Manila to General Santos and vice versa.I paid through credit card for 4 passangers amounting 52,304.00 but Mr. Li kai cancelled 1 round trip ticket for 1 passenger and the customer service cancelled forthwith the ticket so it was valid cancellation aside the customer online support sent to us an email with the attachment of Official Reciept amounting of
Php 39,288.00 good for 3 passengers, the transaction was ok but the main problem is the REFUND for 1 roundtrip passenger ticket is not yet return back to credit card holder. According to the customer service the refund will be return it back more or less 1 month after the acknowledgement that was January first week and they adviced us to check the credit card account but we followed always the procedure but how come the refund is not yet return it back to the card holder....If it is true that according to the CSR they will return the money through crdit card more or less 1 month since that it was first of January 2013 so the expected date was last first or 2nd week of February? but today is March already and the refund is not yet return it back to the owner or to the credit card holder?
I was complaining through sending email many times everyday but the customer service online is always asking me the details which I sent them many times? what happened to almost all of the customer service of airphilexpress ? you didn't read my email or message ? the detail was complete but why they are asking always the details even if i sent them how many times?
