I had paid an excess amount of Rs.369/- against my mobile no. 9958095096 which was ported toVodafone on 17th May 2017.
Till date I have not received the refund of excess amount.

Costumer service is very poor telephone is not working since 4th july still it is off. Costumer care is not given a compliant no. Line man told that we did not attend the compliants in this area. my a/c no:7005472054 right now iam useing 699plan alfa 3g i am not satisfied with this. kindly arrange for unlimited plan for Rs.699 with 512 mb speed.otherwise pls disconnect the connection.
