Fraud consultant

I paid 300 AED for a job. But they didn't response to me after I paid. I called them for several times, but no response. A guy Seasath(Pakistani) were behaving very rude to me. He didn't return money to me. I begged for my money. He behaved rude and he told " GO AND COMPLAINT ANYWHERE YOU CANT DO ANYTHING". So now I lost my money and Still UAE allows such fraud company like this. So please guys be aware of this frauds. If anyone is there to come with me. I ready to fought against him.
