Gaurentee cheque proceed to police when nothing due

FGB deposit my gaurentee cheque when I have nothing due on me. Charge Jan , feb 2017 installments in December 2016 then issue release letter.
Now I am calling , mailing , visiting loan office and branches but nobody taking cere to stop my cheques which had been paid in cash.
On one explain what is motivation of file case with gaurentee cheque we I have nothing due and 34 installment paid out of 36 . My contact 00971501237977
