Game won't play

I purchased Alawar Games "House of 1000 Doors Family Secrets" game for $2.99 a day ago. I was able to play for an hour or so when the game just went black. I then went on the free version of the game and clicked on the "already purchased?" button but nothing happened. I want my money back or a fix for the game. Thank you.
