I just purchased House of 1000 Doors Family Secrets yesterday for $2.99, only played it for a couple of hours when it just went black and won't load now. When I went to the free trial version and clicked on the "already purchased?" button, nothing happened. Please either get this game to work or refund my money. Thank you.

I just purchased the House of 1000 Doors Family Secrets for $2.99, played it once for an hour or so and now it doesn't work when I click on it. I tried clicking on the "already purchased?" button on the free game but nothing happens and I can't play that one either.

Alawar stole my money and others as well by taking money for a game Farm Frenzy 2 knowing that you couldn't save a game on iPad. What good is a game that doesn't save your progress???? I want my money back.
