Cheated by Ali Express

I have ordered on item through Ali Express but never received any order no. or mail from them. I have complained to their customer service many times and found out that they do not have any intention to payback the money or the give the ordered item. i advice every one not to buy anything from them as they are big cheaters. This is my first time experience with Ali Express.
